Hebei Guorun Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials Co., LTD was established in 2014. The company is located at No.1 Guorun Road, South District of Zhongguancun Entrepreneurship Base, Hengshui City, Hebei Province (Beijing), on the east bank of Hengshui Lake, a national nature reserve, with Daguan Expressway, Shihuang Expressway and Beijing-Kowloon Railway passing through the territory. It is located in the "1-hour economic circle around the capital" and has a superior geographical location. Our company covers an area of 23,000 square meters and currently has 85 employees. Our company has established good cooperative relations with many well-known domestic pharmaceutical companies, including listed companies such as Jilin Aodong, Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, Beijing Tongrentang, Sunflower Pharmaceutical, Dong'e Ejiao, Henan Tailong, Jiangxi Huiren, and Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group.

There are no pollution sources around our factory, and the water and electricity supply is complete. The production, administration and living areas of the whole factory are basically separated. The roads are smooth and unobstructed, the factory area is clean and sanitary, there is no soil exposure, and the greening layout is reasonable. The production workshop is built according to the standard of Class D purification area and managed according to GMP standards to meet the different customized needs of customers.

Our company has 126 sets of production and testing equipment and tools, all of which are advanced production equipment in the existing pharmaceutical packaging industry. It can produce 15 million oral liquid medicinal polypropylene straws, 50 tons of Rigid PVC Solid Medicinal Sheet, and 2 million medical blister trays per day.

Pre-sale Service

Products are recommended based on drug characteristics (e.g., protection from light, moisture, sterility needs).

Assist in the design of packaging structure (such as product anti-counterfeiting labels, quantity customization, internal and external packaging customization, etc.).

Samples are provided free of charge for customers to test compatibility (e.g., drug-material interactions).

Assist in the completion of stability tests (such as accelerated aging tests, tightness verification, and verification of various physical and chemical indicators).

In-sale Service

1. Order management and production tracking

Provide real-time order progress inquiry (such as material procurement, production scheduling).

Priority scheduling for urgent orders (e.g., pandemic-related drugs) and daily updates on progress.

2. Quality control and inspection

Full inspection before leaving the factory.

Provide COA (Inspection Report) and batch traceability documents.

3. Logistics and warehousing support

Special packaging and transportation (can be customized according to customer requirements).

4. Change management

In the event of material/process changes, notify the customer in advance and submit a change control document.

After-sales Service

1. Quality problem response

- Digital services: Provide a two-dimensional code traceability system for materials.

- Joint R&D: Collaborate with customers to develop customized packaging (e.g. smart labels).

- On-site service: send technicians to the customer's factory to solve on-site problems.

Complaints will be accepted within 24 hours, and preliminary investigation reports will be provided within 48 hours.

Recall or replenish stock if necessary, and assume relevant responsibility.
